Instructions:
- Prepare the workspace: park on a level surface, disconnect battery if removing electrical trim, and protect seats and interior with a drop cloth.
- Remove surrounding trim pieces, dome light, visors, or weatherstrips as needed to expose the original screw locations.
- Carefully remove old or damaged screws and clean the mounting holes of rust and debris. If holes are stripped, assess for repair or use an appropriate anchor.
- Align the headliner and hold it in the correct position using masking tape or clamps so screw locations line up with factory holes.
- Install the supplied screws through the headliner and into the factory holes. Start screws by hand to ensure proper threading, then tighten with a Phillips screwdriver until snug — avoid over-tightening to prevent tearing the headliner material.
- Reinstall trim pieces, dome light, visors, and any other removed components. Check that the headliner is smooth and properly seated around all trim.
- Inspect all fasteners for tightness and verify there is no sagging or gaps. Make minor adjustments as needed.
