Reproduction stamped heavy gauge steel shock tower welded assembly for 1967-68 Mustang and Cougar models (except 428 or 429ci). Comes finished in EDP coating to protect against corrosion. Welds to the front frame rail, and front and rear fender apron to support upper and lower control arm and other front suspension components.
This part of the vehicle's unibody is frequently cracked from suspension stresses, or damaged with drilled holes. High quality reproductions are available in basic shell form; or as a complete tower including motor mount/crossmember support structure.
