•The 1987-1988 has a metal insert in the rubber on the top of the mirror mount unlike the earlier part that was just rubber.
•These are a high quality reproduction from Ford tooling. These go down into the door as the front run channel for the door window. They also wrap around and go down the mirror mount to help seal the front of the door when closed.
•This kit comes with the left and right run channels. If your car has the mirrors on the window run channel these are the parts you need. If your side mirror is mounted to the metal on the door skin these will not fit your car.
