We have the original style build sheets for most years of Galaxie. The build sheet was the document that was used on the production line to properly code all of the factory specifications on your car. As the car was on the assembly line, this sheet would be used to properly install the specified features. These are a blank template build sheet without codes included. You can add the codes to this sheet for your particular specifications to reproduce your original. Because these were normally mounted in the springs of the seat, these are usually in poor shape if located in your car.
